About

Our Neurocentric Riders Biomechanics Course - Movement Mapping is the best place to start getting your body working for you. We go through the basic must-have movement you need to complete to be able to ride effectively. The course contains 24 movements you need to be able to master on the ground to help your riding. These exercises need no additional equipment and cover the ankle, knee, hip, pelvis, t -spine, scapula, shoulder, wrist, breathing and neural communication in short and to-the-point videos. In this online course, Lotti covers all the basic movements you need to be able to do on the ground at a single joint before progressing on to multi-joint work or work in the saddle. These movements need to be precise, accurate and controlled with no compensations. Once you can master these pain reduces, and mobility and strength come easily.
